Events

The Event will take place in the Barryton Elementary gym on December 1 from 8:30-4:00. This
event is a shopping experience for the students to purchase gifts for their families. Booths will
be roughly 10×10, and will be $10. $20 if you plan to do both Friday and Saturday.
School is out at 3:15, we will remain open until 4 to allow parents and adults in the community to
shop.
New this year, we are going to hold a craft show on Saturday December 2 from 9-3 for the
public. Please have some more $5 or less items, as well as other items. This will be part of the
Barryton Old Fashioned Christmas celebration.
All items sold must be $5 or less.

All monies raised will go to the BEST (parent) group.
Lunch will be discussed later, and I will update in an email as we get closer to the event.
Also, if you are able to donate some items to a table for kids to “purchase” items that may not
have the money to purchase anything. We will have this table available, so please do not give
the kids items.

WHEN: The 2023 CHHS Vendor & Craft Show will be held Saturday, December 9 from 10am to 4pm. This is a change from two days to one and moving the show back to the 2nd weekend in December.

WHERE: This event is held in the main lobby of the high school, cafeteria and adjoining hallways of the high school. The address is 3226 Arthur Rd., Remus Mi.

SET-UP: Set-up is 5pm-7pm Friday Dec. 8 or beginning at 8am Saturday, Dec. 9. Vendors will provide their own tables, there are chairs available. Booths are mostly in hallways so size is 4’ x 12’. If you have more than a 6’ table and small rack or side table, we ask that you purchase a second space. Tables set up in the hallways allow for someone to sit beside the table rather than behind, simply because of the total width of the hall and the need for foot traffic to move along well. There are some deeper spots available but they are an awkward shape. Feel free to contact us with questions. LIABILITY: Sales tax is the responsibility of the Exhibitor. Exhibitors should consider carrying their own insurance and exhibits are shown at their own risk. Exhibitor must agree to hold harmless of any and all liability to the Chippewa Hills School District in its entirety, its agents, representatives, or volunteers for all injuries or losses suffered at the Show, or which may arise from traveling to or from and participating in this event by signing the second page of this form.

FEES: $40 per space. Vendor fees will go to CHHS Band Program. Spaces will be assigned based on requests, electric and availability. We will do our best to accommodate your requests however final placement is at the discretion of organizers. Register early if you have special requests – first come, first served on preferences. All booth fees must be included with Registration Form.
