About Us

"In a race that you can't win, slow it down

Yeah, you only get one go around

'Cause the finish line is six feet in the ground

In a race you can't win, just slow it down"

My name is Lisa David and I’ve been a resident of Mecosta County my entire life. Over the years, various employment and volunteer positions have given me opportunities to hone my craft, and settle in to this thing called Marketing. Each job position over the years has solidified my excitement for all things relating to promotion, sales, branding, marketing and the planning that go with them. It isn’t unheard of for me to randomly coach up friends and complete strangers in their small businesses. I love to see their light bulbs come on because of new idea and the new potential it represents.

Savvy Media Group LLC was born from those experiences and my desire to encourage success for others. During the infamous 2020 Covid Stay-Home order, the realization that I needed this business as much as so many small business owners needed me prompted me to take the leap. Specifically, I wanted to share my skill and experience in social media and other specific marketing practices to help increase engagement and sales for other businesses.

Always the creative, I love to throw myself into projects that can either make a difference or are just really cool. It isn’t unheard of for me to randomly coach up friends and complete strangers in their small businesses.

After a fulfilling 22-year journey in this industry, I'm proud of the dedication, growth, and achievements that have defined over two decades of excellence and collaboration.

Why You should Choose Us

My strong belief is that small businesses are missing out on some of the least expensive (FREE!) marketing there is. Social media platforms have become the next Google. When people are looking for a dumpster service, construction contractor, embroiderer, sign company or ANYTHING, the first place they search is Facebook. If they can’t find something, they post
asking if anyone has a referral for the needed service. Fifty comments later and they have a plethora of choices of either names, numbers or links to a business’ social media page.

Compound that with all the creative ways to boost engagement by linking/partnering/joiningother groups or businesses and the reach your marketing can accomplish is mind-boggling. In short, reach is good. Get reach. That means people are seeing you. Make them see you more.

“I don’t know how to create posts” I don’t know how to schedule in Facebook” “I don’t have time to run a social media page”

I get that. That’s why I do what I do. Very well.
